The Post Room and Flaviar come together for a curated exploration of whiskey, art, and craftsmanship, brought to life through a unique exhibition and tasting experience to celebrate the launch of their 2026 Museum of Flaviar Whiskey Advent Calendar.

Flaviar is a global spirits discovery platform and community dedicated to helping people explore the world of fine spirits through expertly curated tastings, original storytelling, and access to remarkable bottles. Together with Flaviar, we are pleased to present that spirit of discovery as a unique experience at The Post Room and invite hotel guests, San Franciscians, and whiskey enthusiasts to explore the collection, taste selected whiskeys, and enjoy cocktails inspired by the works on display.

The Menu

Like the artwork itself, every pour invites a moment of closer observation. At The Post Room, enjoy featured whiskeys neat to experience their character in its purest form, or explore a collection of Museum of Flaviar-inspired cocktails that offer a creative interpretation of each spirit. As you sip, discover unexpected connections between the flavors in your glass and the stories unfolding on the walls.

The Exhibition

Across 15 original works, the exhibition places whiskey inside the visual language of celebrated artworks and movements. Some references may be immediately recognizable; others reveal themselves more gradually. Each piece invites visitors to reconsider a familiar image through a new lens - one informed by the personality, rituals and sensory world of whiskey. The result is playful but purposeful: a collection celebrating the connections between what we see, what we taste and what we remember.

The Calendar

Twenty-four days of discovery, brought to life. The Flaviar Whiskey Advent Calendar is an annual holiday tradition built around discovery. Behind its 24 doors are 24 carefully selected whiskeys, each offering a new story, flavor, and tasting experience to explore throughout the holiday season.


Each year, Flaviar brings the Calendar to life through a new creative theme that reimagines the whiskey discovery experience. For 2026, that theme is art.
